As an Senior
SAP SuccessFactors, you will play a vital role in designing, configuring, and
supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the requirements of
stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing
and configuring SAP SuccessFactors to align with stakeholder needs.
- Offering
guidance on best practices to users and team members.
- Conducting
business requirement gathering and identifying areas for improvement.
- Defining
project plans and implementation strategies.
- Providing
end-user training and support.
- Documenting
and creating user guides.
- Collaborating
with subject matter experts and project teams to gather, document, and
communicate requirements.
- Preparing
project plans, including assessing migration risks, defining milestones,
ensuring quality, and obtaining business sign-off.
- Managing
assigned risks and monitoring potential impacts on designated modules.
- Developing
and promoting best practices, processes, and standards.
- Designing
and managing data accessibility and security matrices for the organization.

Requirements
To succeed in this
role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of
experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules such as
Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession,
and IDP, with a track record of at least 3 implementations.
- Project management
experience, with a proven ability to manage SAP SuccessFactors projects in at
least 3 implementations.
- Proficiency in end-user
requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
